چکیده مقاله:

The stability constants and complexation reaction between L-glutamine, L-arginine andglycine with Zn (II) , Co (II) and Ni (II) were studied potentiometrically in aqueous solution at25° C and μ=0.1 M KNO3. The overall stability constants log β´s of all species are obtained bycomputer refinement of pH-volume data using BEST computer program. Several models weretested and the lowest δFIT, the best one is accepted. The main species in binary complexes MHL,ML, ML2, MLOH, ML(OH)2 and for ternary complexes are ML1L2, ML1L2H, ML1L2OH,ML1L2(OH)2. The order found for the resulting stability constants vary as Co (II) < Ni (II)

Sorption of Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ni(II) from aqueous solution using activated carbon prepared from olive stone waste

The performance of olive stone activated carbon (OSAC) for sorption of Cu2+, Zn2+ and Ni2+ ions was investigated via batch technique. OSAC materials were prepared under different physially activation conditions. Olive stone waste was physically activated with N2 gas and steam gas at 900oC at 3.5h hold time (OSAC-3) was choice as the best one for Cu2+, Zn2+ and Ni2+ removal. Characterization for...

The formation constants (log K), of the complexes formed between a number of amino acids(glycine , L-valine and L-alanine) with p-sulfonatocalix [4] arene at varying temperatures (25± 0.1to 65 ± 0.1 °C) in aqueous solutions and at natural pH of p-sulphonato-calix [4] arene (pH=3.2) bymeans of UV-Vis spectrophotometeric technique have been investigated. At this pH the guestmolecule is in its cat...
